Welcome to TechResider AI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI tools platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using TechResider AI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using our Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

Account Termination

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different token allocations and features. Plan details and pricing are available on our pricing page.

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected
• Payments are processed through Razorpay
• All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
• You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Generally:

• No refunds for partial months or unused tokens
• Refunds may be provided for technical issues preventing service use
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase

5. Token System

Our platform uses a token-based system for AI tool usage:

• Each AI operation consumes a specific number of tokens
• Token costs vary by tool and complexity
• Tokens reset monthly based on your subscription plan
• Unused tokens do not roll over to the next month
• Token allocations may change with notice
• Unlimited plans have fair usage policies to prevent abuse

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use our Services to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Distribute malware or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape, copy, or reverse engineer our Services
• Resell or redistribute our Services without permission
• Use automated systems to access our Services excessively
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Generate spam or unsolicited communications

7. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all rights to content you input into our AI tools. However, by using our Services, you grant us a limited license to process your content through our AI providers to deliver the Services.

Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools belongs to you, subject to:

• You are responsible for ensuring generated content complies with applicable laws
• AI-generated content may not be unique and could be similar to content generated for others
• You must not claim AI-generated content as entirely human-created where disclosure is required

Our Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Services, including our software, design, trademarks, and content, belong to TechResider AI. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our permission.

8. AI Tool Limitations and Disclaimers

You acknowledge and understand that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• AI outputs should be reviewed and verified before use
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of AI-generated content
• AI tools may occasionally produce unexpected or inappropriate results
• Service availability and performance may vary
• We rely on third-party AI providers whose services may change or become unavailable

9. Third-Party Services

Our Services integrate with third-party AI providers (Google Gemini, HuggingFace, Stability AI, etc.). Your use of these services through our platform is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

11. Disclaimers and Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties of non-infringement
• Warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability
• Warranties that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TECHRESIDER AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
• Service interruptions or errors
• Third-party content or actions
• Unauthorized access to your data

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TechResider AI, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of others.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services

• Change pricing and subscription plans with notice
• Add or remove features

Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Termination

Either party may terminate your account:

• By You: Cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• By Us: For violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any other reason with or without notice

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. We may delete your account and data after termination.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation first
• Binding arbitration if negotiation fails
• Courts of competent jurisdiction in India as a last resort

17. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TechResider AI
• Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect
• No Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not waive that right
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them without restriction
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control
